Conclusion

In conclusion,
A lactose intolerant teen will have struggles meeting his/her caloric requirements. However, our meal plan will give enough calcium and vitamins for a teen to be healthy. We recommend the teen stays away from foods that will not give him/her a balanced diet such as deep fried foods or foods we have previously mentioned, but to eat foods that will strengthen their health so they are able to live an active life.
